We are currently seeking a Sr. Analyst - Web Price Management to join our growing team at our Head Office in Saint-Léonard (Montréal) or at our temporary offices located at 1400 Marie-Victorin Street, St-Bruno.


Under the responsibility of the Director, Product Data Integrity, the job opwner will be responisible for the execution of the WEB pricing strategies as defined by the Vice-Presients of each of Guillevin's divisions and regions. This position requires strong analytical skills to take into account data from mulltiple sources, and support complex procing models that reflect margins and respect for the  for the decentralized nature of the business. This position will also be a reference for regional teams in terms of pricing strategy.  



  • Work closely with regional teams to develop and implement WEB pricing strategies according to the needs of each division.
  • Develop models that will collect, coordinate and analyse competitive prices and recommend a strategy if necessary.
  • Analyze market price trends to ensure that the prices of products displayed on the WEB are competitive. Report any irregularities to the VPs of each division.
  • Ensure that the company takes advantage of every suggested opportunity for price changes based on market fluctuations.
  • Define and set up a price change request process and develop the models necessary for carrying out this process.
  • Work in collaboration with the various suppliers as needed, in order to better understand the reality of the market.
  • Work continuously to improve processes.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to validate the efficiency of the proposed recommendations.


  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Training in administration, IT, finance or equivalent
  • Exceptional analytical sense and an ability to function requiring a minimum of supervision
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint and Word), in particular Excel
  • Excellent skills with different IT systems
  • Motivated and results-oriented
  • Demonstrates rigor, diplomacy, flexibility and has good teamwork skills
  • Good communication skills, both in English and French
  • Knowledge of electrical products, an asset
