We are currently looking for an invidiual capable of filling a multi-function role as Warehouse Clerk, Office Clerk and Salesperson at our Edmonton Automation location. 



This is a multi-functional role in a growing Profit Centre.


In your Warehouse role, you will:

  • Initiate damage claims when required
  • Receive and verify shipments
  • Place merchandise in stock in orderly fashion and re-arrange as required
  • Picking goods, pack orders and shipping them in an accurate and timely manner
  • Keep the warehouse tidy ensuring productivity and safety in the warehouse


In your Office role, you will:

  • Ensure computer system is available at the beginning of day to support PC operations
  • Oversee all office processes including computer functions, invoicing, deposits and accounts payable
  • Complete Accounts Payable vouchers and batches
  • Complete monthly reconciliation
  • Answer calls promptly, politely and professionally. Listen attentively to the customers, understand and fulfil their needs
  • Prepare Daily Summary and Final Daily Summary
  • These processes must be completed in an accurate and timely manner.


In your Inside/Counter Sales role, you will:

  • Serve customers by phone in a professional and polite manner
  • Enter and process customer orders, providing accurate pricing
  • Recognize the importance of and give great customer service
  • Make minor purchases as required



  • Have excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Are highly flexible and adaptable with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Have demonstrated an ability to work unsupervised, meeting key deadlines and customer expectations.
  • Are a team player, adaptable, and energetic with a positive professional attitude and manner.
  • Are self-motivated to improving your business skills and product knowledge.
